Spray it now, thoroughly, with a strong jet of water under pressure. As soon as you can, get some Bayer 3-in-1, but not the stuff with fertilizer in it. It will be the product that has imidicloprid, tebuconazole, and a miticide - tau-fluvalinate. It's an excellent product and I've used it on spruce with no problem. Follow directions - apply late in the evening when you expect the next day to be cloudy, or put your plant in the shade for a day.
