| My alberta spruce has mites! What would you recommend to control this problem that won't damage the spruce? I'm afraid I'm going to loose a piece of it regardless of how quickly I get to spraying.
Any help is appreciated! |

| Spray it now, thoroughly, with a strong jet of water under pressure. As soon as you can, get some Bayer 3-in-1, but not the stuff with fertilizer in it. It will be the product that has imidicloprid, tebuconazole, and a miticide - tau-fluvalinate. It's an excellent product and I've used it on spruce with no problem. Follow directions - apply late in the evening when you expect the next day to be cloudy, or put your plant in the shade for a day. Get the concentrate.
