I'm new to bonsai and have been doing a lot of researching on the subject. Earlier today, while at a local nursery, I found several Juniper Chinenses Sargentii for $10.00 so I picked one up. They are in 3 gallon pots? at least, maybe bigger. The trunks as far as I can see are around 1"-2". I'm trying to find the best time to pot and/or style this. What would be the best time for this?
