Your note is a bit confusing, but you can bonsai a jade, it's just a bit different from using other material - you wouldn't wire it to shape as the trunk and branches can be easily damaged, but you can reduce leaf size, encourage direction and root prune to style it. However, the size of your present 'tree' makes it a very long term project, and you might want to either look at an already mature specimen, and/or find other trees to work on while you're waiting for it to grow up. If you're new to bonsai, then you have some learning to do first before choosing any trees to work on, jade included.

Thank you, believe it or not that is the most direct answer I've gotten all day. Yeah I dont know if I actually want to bonsai the jade but I was wondering if it was possible... I mean I know that you can make any tree bonsai but I guess I wondering the specifications for doing that were. I do have a small Fujian that I want to work with. I live in NH and it's cold most of the year. Any tips for growing my trunk since I cant very well leave it in the ground year round?

A good gritty mix, tons of sun and water only if the leaves begin to slightly droop or wrinkle (they would be near the extremes of what to look for). But because it's a succulent, it won't 'die' from being out of water a day or so later than it needs, far from it really, and you'll probably have more trouble restraining yourself from watering when the mix dries up, than otherwise. And do water well (but slowly so it sinks in and doesn't run down the sides) when you do it.
