Fukien tea revisited

This is is the tree that almost died 2 years ago. Since then there has been some major re-construction, a lot of pruning and a healthy dose of carving/grinding to give it a total new look. With no lime sulphur around the 'bleaching' of the jins and the deadwood areas was done with just that, good old bleach.
The weather has not co-operated in the least with very wet cold rainy seasons followed by blistering hot summers however, there has been enough new growth to get some decent branch ramification.

Maybe, just maybe, it will end up in the Tet display here this year.

Bob!
Glad you are back, good to see you are still at it. I remember this tree from before, it looks great!

Thanks, not great but coming along. I just wish I could post a better pic but, for some reason, photobucket has decided to host smaller images.

It looks way better than it did before - keep up the good work.
