Bonsai dying

I bought a 9 year old Juniper Bonsai several months ago, put on my "plant table" at work under a grow bulb and it did great for several months. Then in May I got laid off so I had to bring it home. I put it back under the same grow bulb with some other plants and it started turning brown, now there is little green and I've noticed the trunk is kind of grayish brown color so I'm thinking it's probably close to dead if not dead already.

I'm not watering differently or doing anything else differently than what I did when it was in my office. I now have it in an East window in my home but it didn't seem to make much difference. I live in an extremely humid area so I've tried setting it on the porch during the morning hours to get the East sun and be able to take advantage of the humidity but no luck.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
