If I thought it were still alive, I'd advise you to stop spraying it...

But, honestly, it sounds too late.
Where is it located? Indoors, out? Sun, partial sun, shade? Morning sun, afternoon?
It needs to be outside, if it isn't outside. But it'll need some protection from the sun, too.

What size is the container, and what color/material?
What is the soil mix?

If the tree is brittle, it's too late.

Hi - the problem is watering every day. The soil that Junipers (which are NOT Pines, even if they are both conifers) are planted in needs to be allowed to dry out almost all the way between waterings (tho' they should be good ones when they are done). You can't treat bonsai (trees) like house plants, and Josh is right about they're needing to live outside for life.
