As i was saying to Margo over cocktails the other day.. A difficult plant to Bonsai.It did suprise me to learn that. Like those Delonix bonsai posted it will not branch very much. Still,I think it looks nice. Just not the rounded crown of feathery leaves I envisioned when i bought the one gallon plant five or six years ago. Now,maybe other Calliandra species are more agreeable.I just havent tried those.Two slightly above shots and one more from the side.
