Desert Rose bonsai

I just got a desert rose bonsai from wal-mart. I took off the glued rock layer and replaced it with bonsai soil. I would like to know if there are any special needs for this bonsai and any tips that you have. Thanks. :)

If you mean Adenium obesum when you say "desert rose" then I have a couple of reccomendations. Be very careful not to overwater. I would let it go almost bone dry between waterings. Keep it out doors where it will get lots of sun during the summer. Bring it indoors only when there is a threat of frost. Be careful to wash your hands if you get any sap on them. These plants are related to oleanders and probably just as poisonous.
