Hi, well both look to have such similar leaves I really can't tell them apart (probably the way the pix were taken ... you unconsciously got closer to the one with smaller leaves to get it into focus, so leaves look larger). The one on the bottom looks like anything from a Serissa to a Berberis to some variety of spurge. If it's a different one from the top picture, the top one might be a boxwood of some kind, but again the picture shows only a couple of leaves so it's hard to tell if it might even be growing in the star pattern of the second one, with or without the little buds.

What happened to the pics, I only see a little alien face that says no hotlinking.
