I have this florida pine, and I would like to hear any suggestions about trimming or wiring, or if I should tilt the tree. It is about 3 feet tall. I trimmed some of the needles so that you can see the branches. I am new to bonsai, teach me.

RE: florida pine

A bit frustrating - no pix of the 'whole' tree, just parts (and an adorable kid!). Trimming needles is not the way to go... please go to www.evergreengardenworks.com for the best basic advice on pines, what and how to do things, and (very important) when to do them.
