 o
Smoke Fluid ) would it damage the bonsai?

I am currently testing smoke on film and thought about trying it out with the tree. Would smoke fluid damage the tree atall? It says non toxic, but thats for humans and thinking of the amount of smoke it would be subjected to would cause harm...its a Fukien Tea.

Thanks

I would not keep the tree in the same room while you're working with it - any plant might react badly (though I'm not actually sure what it really is you're referring to - what IS smoke fluid?

Its what smoke machines use, i guess i`ll give it a miss as it was just the tree and some lighting i was wanting to shoot.

Do you mean a machine that makes mist (smoky looking stage stuff)? Because without actual smoke particles, it won't hurt anything (though mist could provoke powdery mildew on soil and leaves).

I have seen a smoke machine used used inside a nursery for this purpose, all was well.

Not sure if its safe for a tree or not - but smoke juice is made out of glycerin - super diluted. So its basically watered down coolant like for your car. Its supposed to be harlmess for humans but I wonder.....

Its 'sticky' so I would wonder if it would coat the plant and make it hard to 'breathe'.
