You should repot into a larger pot and let the roots develop to balance the much larger top of the plant. Then fertilize properly, not in little bits. You'll then have a decent houseplant. Just because an ignorant greedy company dumps a plant in a bonsai pot doesn't make it a bonsai and doesn't guarantee much of a life for it unless knowledgable people buy it and fix it.

Moochinka, thanks for the opinion. Repotting to a regular pot could be the best option. I agreed your point of repotting.

Many people who has no enough of taking care of Bonsi plant buy and kill their plants.
