Jade Bonsai stem broke in half... Help!!!

I have a jade bonsai that has broke in half from the stem. I am really upset about this. What do I do to make my broken piece root. I would really appreciate any help... I am very new to gardening and don't have much of a green thumb, but this plant has sentimental value. I would love for advice. Thanks in advance...
