You may not like the answer, but it's a really bad idea...

For one thing, it's an evergreen, and does use light in winter, plus you'd need to give it lots of that beginning in early spring (while it still needs to be cold, though formal dormancy might have passed - dormancy's about more than cold), so the fridge idea wouldn't work very well. You might do better if they allow you to build a shelf outside your window with some way to hold the pot VERY firmly on the shelf - winter wind can be terrible, but then I think it might get tooo cold, and what would you do then? People have been trying (literally) for centuries to grow dormant+cold growing trees indoors, but it's such a waste of good material, your emotions, and time. Get a tropical, rig up the right lighting and humidity (dorms are lousy places for growing anything), and have fun.
