How's this bulb for an indoor ficus bonsai?

Hey, I'm new to the bonsai world. I just got a ficus bonsai yesterday. I'm trying to find some good indoor lighting for it that won't leave a hole in my pocket.

I read somewhere bonsai like 40w fluorescent lamps.
