Ficus going into pond

Picked this one up about a month ago, been playing with it and still looking for the right pot to make the pond in. So far nothing deep enough.

It will be windswept in design and (as I found out today after un-potting it) roots have got to be cut back about a foot...just toooooo much root ball.

It's going into a pot that will make it look like it's growing in a pond/swamp, growing in water. Took about 2 hours to blow all of the sand out of the roots and expose everything, i'll probably get to gutting a little later after it cools off a bit.

maybe post a few more pics as it goes on.
