Is this a Brazilian Rain Tree?

Hello bonsai buddies! I was in Chinatown couple of weeks ago, came across an interesting Chinese garden store, no one spoke English. There was a tray of these little ones! I mean you can't even tell how small it is from the picture. Looks like a BRT to me, but I really am not sure. Never saw a seedling this small if it is!

Anyway, I bought it, stuck him in the greenhouse and he's loving it. Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Here is a link that might be useful: Am I a brazilian rain tree?

Could be - could also be mimosa/silk tree.

I would remove all the branches that emerge from the swelling where the branching starts or it will continue to thicken there.
