Hi, you haven't asked anything, but I suppose would like some comment... you said you 'maintain the bonsai shape' by pruning. I don't want to discourage you from bonsai, and maybe your choice of plant here is not the best, but I really don't see anything 'bonsai' about your tree, just a plant with shortened branches. If you want to turn it into a bonsai, first consider if the pruning has encouraged any new growth lower down either on branches or the trunk (hard for me to judge as I don't know how long you've had the tree). But if it's any length of time and there's been no 'back budding' then just having shorter branches does not make it a bonsai, plus the pattern of pruning or remaining branches is not done meaningfully. And I don't see any effort at getting some movement into the trunk. Can I suggest you start doing some reading and looking around re bonsai, and get some idea of what it's about? Just shortening branches won't do it - there's a lot more involved. Good luck!
