have a eight year old fukien tea that as developed yellow leaves and lost its glossy green color.

I recently moved and now have the bonsai in a south "plant" window. before it was in a northwest window with artifical light at night.
I water and mist it once a week.

What is wrong and how do I get my healthy plant back on track?????? HELP!

RE: fukien tea yellow leaves

Well you answered your own question - about the window exposure... see if you can find a NW window in your new house to keep it in. Don't water to a schedule - do it when it's needed, and you should be familiar enough with your plants to be able to judge that. Fukiens need to get dry only on top before being watered again, not just left to get drier if your schedule isn't working or the season's changed or whatever - and a south window will add more sun and therefore the need for more water. Misting weekly is the hugest waste of time. Put a wide tray of stones and water under the pot - tho' never let the water touch the pot or roots can rot - and that will humidify your tree a lot better (and fukiens need a warm humid atmosphere).
