I have a couple questions about bonsai caring, since I am a new gardener. My first question is, It's normal that bonsai's have plants growing near it? and Do I need to take of the rock that is in the side of the plant?

Thanks

It's not unheard of for people to grow multiple trees in a single tray/pot, as well as moss, or other plants. The rock can be removed if you want, the only time you would really want to remove it is if the rock is glued down as that may keep moisture in/block it from getting in which can cause problems.

I've got another question, should I water my bonsai daily, I have been watering it every 3 days, should I continue like that or should I water daily.

Thanks

DO NOT water it daily...just stick your finger down in the pot...if it still feels moist, do not water. If it is drying out, water thoroughly.

Also, if you get fungus gnats (very common, they are these little tiny black flies) you may want to wet the soil (after they appear) with hot peppermint tea (not boiling but still decently hot) so you will kill the larve and the smell will drive off the gnats.

I had that problem about a month ago and haven't seen anything since.

What kind of bonsai?

Are you keeping it indoors or out?

Do you mean a single rock, or many rocks glued to the top of the soil?
