Mold/fungus? How to get rid of it? Also, plant ID!

I have a bonsai plant I bought from WalMart that has begun to get sick. It has some sort of fuzz growing on the branches and the leaves are falling off. I posted a thread about this in a different forum on this website and I was recommended to post a link here to encourage others who might have more of an idea put their input in. Please take a look and let me know what your thoughts are on this!

My first suggestion would be hydrogen peroxide. Get the topical strength (3%) from the walmart pharmacy section, should be able to find it already in a handy spray bottle.

Just spray it on the plant directly, no need to mix or water it down. Even young seedlings can withstand up to about 10% concentration of H2O2, but it will kill molds and fungi quite readily.
