Hello! Noob here with pictures

I just purchased an Ikea "Ficus Microcarpa Ginseng" yesterday. My question is, what is this bug? Is it dangerous for my plan? What is a call? I have water that an hour ago. I have also soap sprayed using a 1 tablespoon ratio to 1 pint of water. The leaves are also showing medium sized dark/black patches. Any suggestions? It is currently residing in a dining room on the south end with indirect sunlight within CA. I'm new so I don't know the necessary questions to ask. Again, bugs/insects and leave rottings are present. any help will be appreciated.
