| I am new to this Garden Forum, it is pretty cool. I am in the landscaping business, and love to garden. Every once and a while I get the urge to create a bonsai tree. I just recently made one using Buxus microphylla 'Grace Hendricks Philips' turned out nice, especially cause I don't know what I am doing. My question is, in zone 6, 0 to 10 degrees min., will it be okay in such a small pot. I know boxwoods are hardy, but only to zone 5 or something, and if it is so exposed, will it be fine? |

| Well, for one thing, zone 5 is colder than zone 6, but in such a small pot I'd put the pot in a large one and mulch in between pots, then maybe keep it in a shed with some light. |
