Claz.. you haven't even given the type of tree you have, let alone where you keep it, how often you water, how much light it gets, what type of soil mix it's in or anything else. There's nothing at all to go on, but I will say that yellowing often/usually means you're watering too often, however, that's pretty guess-y, and it would really help if you could fill in the blanks here.
