Stolen bonsai

This yew, selected for the Ginkgo Award 2007, has been stolen out of a private garden in Diepenbeek, Belgium. (Yesterday or today) If you have any information, which can lead to the recovery of this tree, please E-mail yannick_bonsai@msn.com

Any tip which leads to the recovery of this tree, and the revealing of the perpetrator's identity,will be rewarded with 1500 Euro!

Please keep your eyes open, especially if you are able to buy this tree! Places to look are ebay, or other places where you can buy trees from anonymous persons.

This is the saddest part of this hobby. Because people have to keep their trees outside, they become easy condidates for theft.

So sad.

I am sorry that someone would have the nerve to take your tree. That is really sad, because it is beautiful.
