Pre-Bonsai Trunk Damage

As I was pruning a branch off my pre-bonsai part of the trunk bark had ripped off and done a little damage to the trunk. I was wondering if this would affect the trees health, what I could do about this and how long would it take to repair if possible. Sorry for the bad quality. Thanks
