It's hard to tell as the pic is a little blurry, but my guess is it's some kind of hemlock. You don't say where you live so I can't say too much more. Most hemlocks like a cool temperate climate ( Oregon - British Columbia).

Not sure exactly, but the trunk and the spiky needles would seem to indicate a Juniper.
Regardless, this tree should not be kept indoors. However, without knowing where you live -
specifically, how cold it is in your area - we can't advise you where you should keep the tree.

Hopefully someone with a more expert eye will drop in.

It's Juniperus procumbens 'Nana' - aka dwarf Japanese garden juniper.
