From the overall shape I guess that your amaryllis are diploid cultivars. This makes the decision how to name them difficult, in the case that these are VERY OLD plants, which have been rescued over decades by your family, Sean!
These ARE treasures, some of the best unknown amaryllis I saw published (THANK YOU FOR SHARING). I would guess that the beautifull "tubed" white is a hybrid derived from H. brasilianum. It is very similar to the modern hybrid H."Amputo". The striped one below shows remarkable similarities to "Giraffe" both in flower shape and in the kind of striping. I judge its beauty FAR HIGHER than that of the similar-in-color-distribution-cultivar "Fairy Tale". Regardless to their names (or even if they have never been registered) both are TREASURES. Very beautifull; my amaryllophile heart is beating considerably HIGHER!

After repeated visitings on this introduction of your mother's plants I MUST have closer informations on the white one.
HOW old is it (approximately)?!
Does it set seed, either by pollinating with other amaryllis or PARTICULARLY by self pollination?!

I checked with my mother and she said that she had them for 4 years...so in total I would guess 6 years. I have no idea if they set seed or not as I've not tried pollinating it... :-)
