magic lilly ? is it a bulb

: ) A friend gave me some magic lilly bulb [ i think it's considered a bulb] 3 yrs ago. The 2nd yr it had a couple of flower stalks make it up then some degenerate kids yanked all the flowers off. Now it's sent up 2 flower shoots that look like a # of buds. My question is can i fertilize these and would now be a good time? Thanx

I sympathize:

I once found several crinum stalks in full bloom arrayed across the hood of my car, & the plants shredded.

(I put up a fence.)

In my experience, magic lilies are quite hardy, but you can always use a bulb food & just follow the directions.
