Planting crocus in pots etc. still possible?

Posted by applecherry none (My Page) on

Hello,

I have forgotten to plant my crocus bulbs in fall. As we have hard frost for about some weeks now and probably for another 1 or weeks: is it possible to plant my crocus in pots and put them out in the cold? Will they bloom at all?

Thanks for your feedback!

Yes, you can plant them. They'll probably survive. Whether or not they'll all bloom is unknown, but I'd be surprised if at least some of them didn't.
