I planted a bunch of different bulbs last winter and lost my sheet that tells me what is what. One of the things I planted was about the size of a quarter and had several small parts to it that are shaped like bananas. My mind is telling me this is Freesia or Anemones but I am not sure. Does anyone know?

Of the two you list, it is probably the anemones - freesias have little corms that are somewhat pear-shaped, narrow the top, wide at the bottom. Anemone coronaria are kind of triangular; Anemone blanda (and nemerosa) do produce extensions. Ranunculus also produce gnarly corms, with finger-like (or banana-like) extensions - even more so than the anemones.
