Are these considered bulb plants? I have loads of them in pots. They multiply like rabbits and I separate them each year, as they numbers increase exponentially. I put some in the ground last fall but left most in pots.

What's the secret to making them bloom? I only had one bloom last year.

Do they like to be crowded or pot-bound? Will they grow in a sandy soil?
