I wish Liatris liked our mild winters. Have tried twice :-(

I bought some dark leaved dahlias. I hope they really are that, I haven't had much luck with the labeling on these box store bargains.

But it cools the spring fever for a few more days until my favorite garden center opens up with Easter flowers and spring pansies.

I have not had a problem with dahlias from big box stores. Lilies, yes, sometimes mislabelled.
