Tulip bulbs froze in bag, now sprouting! Help!

I had a bag of tulip bulbs that I wasn't able to plant in time in the fall, and I left them in my shed over the winter. They froze from what I know, but they appear to be sprouting in the bag! Are they still good? Will I be able to plant them when the soil is soft?

Because you do not indicate your zone it is difficult to guess when your soil will be plantable. I would pot them up now and plant them when you can. Al

If they're sprouting, they may very well try to bloom. Get them in the ground ASAP. If the ground is frozen solid, pot them up.
