Peacock Orchid Glad

I have grown them the last two years in Minnesota and have been very happy with them. The only problem is that they don't bloom until the end of August. So, this year I tried starting them indoors along side my Dahlia's. The Dahlias are already big plants; but the glads haven't shown a bit of life. Any suggestions? Should I just plant them outdoors now?

As they are already planted I would leave them until they are ready to plant in the garden. Replanting now would not speed them up. Al
