If they seem to be fine (fairly firm and not mushy) I would try planting them and just hoping for the best.

Blooms? I imagine you 'might' get some late buds, if the bulbs survived, but the buds will likely blast (dry up) from it being so warm/hot.

If they survive, they should do better next spring, but it might take them until spring 2015 to really recover.
