I've imported dozens and dozens of Boophane from Charles Craib before he unfortunately passed away recently. These have been both summer and winter growers. My advice always is simply let the plant grow when it wants. After a year or two it will figure out what season it is supposed to be growing in and will adjust accordingly. I have posted many pics of my various Boophane in the Amaryllis forum and others have discussed them there if you want to take a look in that forum. These are very easy to root out and grow so you should have no problem at all getting it happily on its way. Best of luck :o) Dan
