Hmmmm...in the picture it looks like they are tying the vines to the trellis. Guess I'll have to help guide and fasten them as needed.

Gloriosas are interesting in that they cling to supports using tendrils that extend from the distal ends of their leaves; I've never needed to tie mine up, but I lean them against the stems of shrubs and small trees to get them headed in the right direction initially.
