weed looks like snowdrop?

I have ONE single plant in my entire yard. It looks like snowdrop, except the white flowers are facing upwards rather than dropping down and more of star shapes rather than bell shaped. I am not sure if it is a weed. Usually the weeds that appear in my yard would not just be one but many. The other day, I saw exactly the same plant on a public lawn. I started wondering if it is a weed. Please identify. Thanks

I am NOT an ID expert, but this looks an awful lot like allium triquetrum. Are the stripes on the flowers green? If so, it looks even more like triquetrum. If I am right, it's not a weed. :)
