Here is how the mostly foliage tulips and daffodils are now. I don't think the daffodils have ever really bloomed?

Two possible causes from your pictures. Could be too much shade, hard to tell from the pictures. Looks like they are in a raised bed, what did you use to fill the bed? How does the filled bed soil differ from your native soil? Al

I really didn't add much to the dirt. It's Colorado clay and sandy soil. I have added some general fertilizers and general garden soil. We recently replenished with mulch. There are drip lines for watering but not in winter.

What a pretty group of tulips.

Of all the tall tulips Darwin types are the most reliable for rebloom. Some years the bulb 'splits' will be too small to produce a bloom but will produce foliage to manufacture food for the bulb's future flower. Be sure to allow the foliage to turn yellow before removing.

here in the UK, our tulips have now died back to seed heads. but I have noticed this year they're are much more "floppy" but we had an extremely wet and windy winter.
