I cannot believe I did it, but I accidentally cut my tulip foliage back days after the petals wilted. I don't even know what I was thinking as I have had this garden for years and years! Is there anything I can do to help the bulbs with their natural processes I have stunted? Should I just dig up the bulbs and start new for 2011?
