aphids killing my tulip

one of the tulips i planted looks terrible. upon closer inspection, I found aphids on the underside of the leaf. i was horrified to say the least. given the way it looks, wilted with its color literally sucked out of it. should i leave it? should i cut it? what happens to the bulb? please advise.

insecticidal soap may save it

Yes, I use insecticidal soap for to fight bugs in any plants. Since I used in so often and since it a little bit expensive I found an info in the internet to mix water and dishwashing soap instead.

I am ready to fight for plants' bugs. My kale tree now free from bugs. Yee peee...
