Can these still be planted?

(I'm a garden novice so I apologize in advance if my question is silly.)

In mid-May, I purchased several bulb packets of summer-flowering daylilies, gladiola, and oriental lilies, when they were on clearance at a local home improvement garden center. I was not able to get to them right away, and they have been on my (covered) patio table and in the detached garage ever since. They have stayed dry.

Now it is almost the end of June, and I am wondering if the bulbs will still be good if I plant them now, or are they "goners"? If they are still good, is there any chance they will grow this summer? If they are not dead but will not bloom this year, how is the best way to store them and when is the best time to plant them so they will flower next summer?

Thanks very much for any advice!
