The lady who lived here before me planted lots of bulbs. They are sporadic in the garden and I wanted to group them altogether for a better show in the spring. The reason that I hadn't found the bulbs before now is they were literally over 12" deep in the ground!

I know nothing about bulbs and I have them sitting in a basket, some still have the leaves attached. What do I do? Have I ruined them by digging them up too early? I wanted to do it now before the leaves disappear and I lost their locations.

Any help would be appreciated.
