Congratulations on your upcoming wedding.

You might try calling and discussing 'bulbs' with the site linked below. Depending on how much you intended to spend 'per bulb/favor' they may have some sort of mix available. I'm thinking maybe lilies.

Otherwise you might ask if it would be possible to get something that 'usually' ships later, like daffodils or hyacinths. Possibly they could help you. Regardless of whatever you get, I'd include some simple planting instructions with the bulbs...time to plant, depth, etc.
