daffodil problem

I'm digging up bulbs to move them to a new garden. Most of the daffodils are fine but some are rotten and have a hole in the bottom or top and will be trashed. I'm wondering what to do with the ones with tiny holes at the bottom or I don't see a hole but little bugs are crawling on it when It comes out of the ground. Any advice? Should I wash them to get a better look? Treat them or toss them?

Definitely toss. You don't want to transplant problems to a new site.
