I've never ordered from either of these places, but they have stellar reputations. Try Van Engelens or Brent & Becky's Bulbs. Those are suppose to be the two to go to. John Scheepers sells bulbs in small quantities. I've ordered seeds from them and liked them quite well.

I've used Dutch Gardens on several occasions with great success- both bulbs and perennials. Never had to return a thing.
