bulbs in the Baltimore/Washington DC area

I'm in Howard Cty, MD, just west of I-95.

I see lots of daffs and tulips here in spring. Not many crocuses, but a few.

What does and does not do well here? If you compare to my native state, Ohio, what's no longer an option, and what opens up as an option?

A few that I like if someone can chime in:

Colchicums - do these do well here? Do they perennialize?

True autumn crocus?

Spring-blooming crocuses

Lycoris? I grew L. squamigera in Ohio, but here I presume that not only these, but the L. radiata etc are OK?? How about Crinums or Nerines?

Based on our average January highs being under 45 degrees, I assume that "chilling hours" for most plants are sufficient. Soils do get cold (usually under 40 degrees) although rarely freeze to any real depth.
