Looks like lycoris radiata to me.

Crocus serotinus var salzmannii perhaps? Due to flower in autumn.

Has a pale goldy-brown bulb coat and divides readily. Leaves last all winter and start to release in spring without fully going brown or yellow. Likes winter damp and tolerates autumn drought.
